It's called the "Art of doodling?"
I have felt the same when there are many seminars in the same day :(
This is why I always scheduled my meetings for half an hour and made sure they didn't run longer. My boss never believed I could cover everything in half an hour, but I always did. ;^)Anything beyond that and people just forget it all anyway.
