Dark Energy is Even Weirder Than we Thought, New Data Shows

There’s something crazy going on in the world of physics right now. According to new data from the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI), the cosmological constant might not actually be constant, rather, it is decreasing and had a “phantom crossing”.
